I joined DA! with all my heART in February 2006. Simon and Bogna were bravely occupying 43 Kensington High St, with surprisingly little support. As soon as I saw the space, I realised the potential, and expressed my encouragement to open it as free studio and exhibition space for artists. Simon asked me when I could move in, and I said : "Tomorrow?!" It was so, and I have never looked back. I believe that DA! will continue to work through various spaces and people, as it is a valid and important concept.
